Initial Meeting
We meet in your home to discuss your goals, vision, budget, and desired timeline.
Estimate Preparation
Once we know more about your project, we build a cost estimate for you to review.
Project Development
We send over a Pre-Project timeline showing the agreed upon start date and all milestone dates we need to meet to set your project up for success! We draw plans and give layout options on how we suggest you should use your space based on the initial meeting and budget. We send the finished plans to our preferred subcontractors for bids and write the contract.
Contract Review
We provide you with the contract to review. We then answer any questions and make any necessary revisions. Once approved, you sign and make the down payment.
Design Selections
You partner with one of our in-house interior designers to choose products and materials as we model the space in 3D. Any changes to the initial budget will be noted in change orders and credit memos.
Create Schedule
We outline each day in advance and follow our schedule to a tee. We let you know when we will arrive at your home, what we will be working on, and when we will finish for the day.
Construction
We prioritize your home’s safety and comfort for the project’s duration, performing excellent work without interrupting your life. Communication, transparency, and quality are the hallmarks of our process.
Project Completion
We conduct a final walkthrough of your remodeled home and ensure everything is to your liking. We also include a one-year punch list and 10-year structural warranty. At J Brothers, we promise to deliver superior service and craftsmanship every time.
